Abstract:

A brief introduction to the principle of portable drug explosives detector: different sample molecules are analyzed by the high temperature heat of the sampling system. The ionizing region of the ion migration tube via the sample channel is ionized by the ionization source, and the neutral molecules are transformed into ions; then these ions enter the ion migration zone through the periodic opening of the ion gate.

Brief introduction to the principle of portable drug explosives detector:

The different sample molecules are analyzed by the high temperature heat of the injection system. The ionizing region of the ion migration tube via the sample channel is ionized by the ionization source, and the neutral molecules are transformed into ions; then these ions enter the ion migration zone through the periodic opening of the ion gate, reaching the Faraday connection closing and transforming into the current signal. The current signal is amplified by the operational amplifier and sent to the data acquisition and processing system, which is the ion migration spectrum detection signal.

 

The ratio of the mass to the number of charged ions (mass ratio) is different in different sample molecules, so the motion rate is different in the ion migration area (constant electric field), and the migration time of the receiving disk is not equal. Ion mobility spectrometry uses the difference of migration time to identify target samples.
